I wonder if you have already read my About me section? If you haven't, you can check it out here. It will provide you with some relevant background info and you'll learn a thing or two about me.
I recently finished reading the inspirational book "The Happiness Project” by Gretchin Rubin. It was given to me at the perfect time. A time of pivotal change in my life. For those of you who haven’t read it: go read it! One small part of her project is the list she creates of twelve commandments to live by and set resolutions by. This really resonated with me and so, on a flight back home from a business trip, I wrote down some commandments of my own, on a barf bag no less!
I was quite happy with the ten points I came up with and tucked the bag away. When I retrieved my list I typed each statement into a word document and upon seeing my commandments displayed boldly in the center of the page I realized that a few of them were quite similar in their intent. It was then that I accepted the fact that I would have to finesse my list a little bit. I ended up whittling this list down to seven commandments and I have since added an eighth. I am going to introduce you to my commandments in the next few days, so be sure to come back soon.
Until next time,
